The notion to create Travinia’s award-winning menu and contemporary dining atmosphere was born of a vision, and a vacation for owners Mark Craig and Kevin Cox. While touring Napa Valley, Mark and Kevin re-imagined how the love of flavorful food and their passion for wine could become a truly classic experience … an ever-changing offering of classic recipes combined in the Italian tradition.
